At Sim-Lab USA, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance racing gear. If your equipment isn't the perfect fit for your rig, you can return most items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the item in its original box with all hardware, cables, and manuals included to ensure the product remains protected during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned electronics or hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
